Held a seminar on the topic of Efficient Learning Method in US colleges featuring Dr. William Jex, Director of NYU-ALI. In addition, has held a number of lectures featuring Dr. Richard Orem, Chair of Adult Continuing Education of Northern Illinois University and Peter Thomas of UCSD ELP.

Planned and hosted the first National Practical English Contest. This event has been held annually and developed into an international one in 1996, into the Korea-Japan Cyber Practical English Contest in 1999 and into the Korea-China-Japan Practical English Contest in 2001.

Founded the Headquarters of BCM Language Centers in the Gangnam district of Seoul. BCM Franchise Headquarters was established in 1992. Currently, there are 44 BCM Branch Language Centers nationwide.
